The beach was a real treat.
The staff's behavior was appalling, making me feel unwelcome and frustrated. Cleanliness was an issue, with gook in the rooms as an unacceptable sight. it felt like my money was wasted, and I regretted every minute spent there.

The food was insane, especially the Turkish restaurant—Ali was a legend! Plus, Ash arranged a lovely anniversary surprise for us. The beach was a real treat, too, with a stunning reef perfect for snorkelling. Totally lekker!
Maybe could've had a few more options for cocktails at the bar.

The staff made our family feel incredibly welcome from the very start, providing attentive support throughout our 5-night stay. Dining was a true highlight—each meal was a delightful experience, particularly at the Italian restaurant, where the pasta was out of this world! ! The beautiful lake view from our Deluxe Room created a perfect backdrop for our vacation, making it a memorable stay.

The villa we had was massive with a private pool, perfect for the fam. The food was top-notch, especially at the Turkish restaurant. Plus, there’s a heated pool and a solid gym. Ash at guest relations was super attentive. Also loved the free fresh juices available everywhere!
